&lt;li&gt;Prepare reports pertaining to project/program status and outcomes and administers monthly reporting including project progress accruals, actual vs estimated variance analysis and invoice receipting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively flag at-risk areas based on analysis of data and KPIs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct periodic field visits for on-going station project&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Works closely with Program Management Consultant and Financial Analyst on transactional project requirements, status reporting and event forecasting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supports&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;construction team with material, tools and PPE orders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support Stations design &amp;amp; construction teams for material management coordination with Procurement &amp;amp; supply chain teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supports asset recognition and de-recognition close out process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Responsible for the development and improvement of databases and processes in support of project and regulatory requirements and ongoing productivity improvement initiatives&#160; &#160; &#160;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field from an accredited University, a combination of experience and education may be considered&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Three to five (3-5) years of experience in finance, analytics and project coordination&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Class G License preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Two (2) or more years of experience in construction project&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of SAP preferred&lt;/li&gt;
