&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of delivering measurable enterprise outcomes, including cost optimization, supply chain performance, capital program enablement, and risk mitigation.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Strong financial, commercial, and regulatory acumen, including familiarity with the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.&lt;/li&gt;
