KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads a team of leaders, professionals and administrative/support staff in the day-to-day execution of culture, change management, diversity and inclusion and learning processes and activities.  
  • Provides guidance to consultants on all aspects of change management, engagement and communication, including other areas of internal consulting such as leadership development, business unit/departmental change management project support and process mapping.
  • Provides guidance to direct reports and business stakeholders to support the development of business cases to further operational needs and advance productivity and the investment in technology.
  • Builds change competence across the organization and provides change management leadership to confirm all relevant stakeholders are engaged and apprised of critical organizational initiatives.
  • Monitors cultural health through surveys, feedback tools and engagement metrics working with leadership to develop actions and plans to address as required.
  • Recommends and implements development strategies to advance workforce capabilities, leadership and culture.  
  • Designs and develops technical, professional and leadership development programs to support all levels of leadership and professional development using varied learning methodologies to equip talent with the skills and behaviours to drive a high performance, innovative, curious and diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Advances learning content design and program delivery, employing innovative solutions to engage employees in the learning process and enhance learning experience.
  • Leads vendor selection for the provision of external service providers and manages leadership development providers to fulfill terms and conditions of assigned statement of work and/or agreement terms and conditions (as required).
  • Develops and implements annual plans to integrate and advance organizational culture in the area of diversity and inclusion as part of the ESG strategies, plans and programs. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Organizational Development, Business or related discipline.
  • Ten (10) or more years progressive professional experience in change leadership with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise‑wide change initiatives and aligning people, processes, and systems to enable strategic business outcomes. 
  • Five (5 )+ years of progressive leadership experience, including experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading teams and influencing organizational culture.
  • Master’s level degree preferred.
  • Skilled in engaging senior leaders, driving adoption, and ensuring sustainable behavioral and cultural shifts.
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices in the areas of culture change, leadership development or organizational transformation.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with change management, management control and reporting systems, setting, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and/or key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing change and engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project and process management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.

This position is based in a hybrid environment allowing for remote work two days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite Tuesday to Thursday. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
