The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. WORK ILLUSTRATION:
Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Change, the Change Leadership Consultant provides strategic consulting, change management, leadership enablement, and leadership development support across the organization. The role partners with leaders to support the successful implementation of initiatives, provide coaching and guidance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and build leader readiness in evolving business environments. The incumbent develops practical recommendations, supports leaders through ambiguity and change, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of leadership and change practices across the organization.
The Change Leadership Consultant also leads the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership programs and forums, including leadership update meetings, summits, and other internal leadership engagement initiatives. The Change Leadership Consultant will be a proactive, adaptable professional who can work independently, navigate changing priorities, and support both enterprise-wide initiatives and targeted leadership-focused programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts change management needs analysis for new organizational, divisional and business unit initiatives.
- Provides change management consulting and support for organizational initiatives, helping leaders prepare for, implement, and sustain change.
- Partners with leaders to assess impacts, identify risks, and develop practical strategies to support employee and leadership readiness.
- Designs, coordinates, and executes leadership development and enablement initiatives that support organizational priorities and leadership capability.
- Plans and manages leadership forums, summits, update meetings, and other leadership engagement activities, including development, design, coordination, and execution.
- Develops briefing materials, presentations, discussion guides, and other resources to support leadership meetings and forums.
- Develops and implements engagement strategies for strategic, corporate and information technology initiatives and programs.
- Monitors program effectiveness, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contributes to the development, refinement, and advancement of change management and leadership development practices across the organization.
- Supports both large-scale transformation initiatives and smaller-scale business improvement projects as organizational priorities evolve.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management and program management.
- Certified Human Resources Professional/ Leader (CHRP/ CHRL) is considered an asset
- Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration preferred.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent change management training preferred.
- Adult Education, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or related certifications considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Quarter Model or similar leadership and organizational effectiveness frameworks considered an asset.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership development practices.
- Experience designing, planning, and executing leadership programs, forums, summits, and engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to support leaders through complex organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in adapting to changing and dynamic environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting culture change or diversity, equity and inclusion change management and program initiatives considered an asset.
- Knowledge of established change management models (e.g. John Kotter) and consulting processes (e.g. Peter Block)
- Models customer focused approach in all decisions and actions with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates ability to influence without authority, and drive results and take accountability in a high-volume/ fast-paced environment.
- Leads by example and uses coaching and feedback to improve their own performance and decision-making.
This position is based in a hybrid environment allowing for remote work two days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite Tuesday to Thursday. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
